Insight Global is looking for a highly motivated, communicative individual to work for a large pulp, paper, and energy company in the Charlotte area. Within the role on a day-to-day basis, this person will :
- Communicate with customers via phone and email about replacement parts for mechanical equipment
- Conduct inventory management for these mechanical equipment parts that are involved with boilers
- Code mechanical equipment, build quotes, and provide outage planning to their clients
- Ensure the right parts are getting to the right people in a timely and quality manner
