n Salary / Pay Rate / Compensation : $16.50 an hour with weekly pay on Friday's.

nSchedule :   2nd shift 3-3 : 30pm- end of production which is running until 11 : 330 / 12 : 30 am most days now Monday through Friday with potential for Saturday overtime from 12 : 00 pm – 6 : 00 pm.

n What’s a typical day as a Production Technician? You’ll be :

n- Maintaining a reasonable flow of meat products through the smokehouses and deep fryers, reporting to the Production Supervisor.

n- Smoking, cooking, and frying raw products while ensuring compliance with USDA and Dietz & Watson requirements through constant temperature checks.

n- Rotating raw and finished products regularly to meet daily production needs, while adhering to good manufacturing practices.

n This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

n- Are at least 18 years of age and have reliable transportation.

n- Can stand for 80% of your shift and lift up to 60 lbs. frequently, with the ability to push and pull racks exceeding 400 lbs.

n- Have basic math skills and can read and comprehend English, as well as some computer skills for monitoring smokehouses.
