CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and provide general support to the executive team. Under minimal supervision this position performs a wide range of administrative activities and tasks. Ensures the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing communications. Completes administrative activities and tasks in a professional and timely manner. Addresses matters of a confidential or sensitive nature with discretion. Handles complex assignments with minimal oversight using independent judgment.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide General Administrative Support to the CEO, Ensuring Smooth Day-to-Day Operations of the Department
- Manage the Executive's Calendar, Including Scheduling Appointments, Arranging Meetings, Booking Meeting Rooms, and Coordinating Travel Plans as Needed
- Assist Department Directors with Administrative Tasks, EAP Program Initiatives, and Special Projects
- Prepare Agendas, Presentations, and Reports, Incorporating Data Analysis, Program Outcomes, and Key Results
- Attend Meetings with the Executive, Take Detailed Notes or Minutes, and Distribute to Relevant Parties
- Maintain Accurate and Up-to-Date Department Files and Records, Ensuring Compliance with Legal, Regulatory, and Company Policies
- Respond to Incoming Phone Calls, Emails, and Provide Additional Assistance as Needed.
- Build Strong Relationships with Internal Teams, and External Partners
- Book Travel for the Executive as Needed
- Prepare and Submit Expense Reports on Behalf of the Executive and Manage General Administrative Duties Such as Screening Visitors and Communications
- Foster a Positive and Supportive Team Environment within the Department, Promoting Wellness and Work-Life Balance
- Ensure Confidentiality of Sensitive Employee Data, Program Statistics, and all Internal and External Communications
- Assist with Ad-Hoc Projects and Other Duties as Assigned by the Executive or Department Leadership
Required / Minimum Qualifications
This is a full-time, salaried role, located in the continental United States, with a strong preference for candidates based in Chicago and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical coverage insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
