Perks

Part-time schedule ~20 hours per week!
Immediate start available!
Work hours will be between 10 : 00am - 2 : 00pm, Monday - Friday.
Pay rate of $$25-27 / hr!

Responsibilities

First point of contact between internal employees or external stakeholders and the Executive Director

Provides administrative support within the program team

Prepares collateral materials for staff and board meetings

Supports the Executive Director in scheduling meetings, prepares documents or presentations, provides administrative support for Board of Directors meetings and onsite donor and stakeholders visits / luncheons

Provides facilities support by scheduling equipment, maintenance / repair visits and ensuring that the facility is kept in good working and clean for clients and community members

Assists with the administrative functions for onsite programming, including email correspondence and follow-up, creating flyers for workshops, assisting in marketing of workshops and classes

Qualifications

Previous experience in office administration or support roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and Constant Contact.

Compensation

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $25-$27 / hr (DOE).
