Come be a part of the Spiceology Production Team! Production is manufacturing of our raw materials into a finished-good product. Based on business needs season to season, employees may be cross-trained to assist in both Production and Fulfillment.
Shift : Monday-Friday 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm
Some weekend hours as needed
Wage : $17-$21 DOE
Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO
Eligible for employee stock options after one year of service, based on Board approval
Responsibilities (not limited to) :
- Bottling mixed spices manually or with automated equipment . For automated equipment, adequate training would be provided
- Preparing bottles for final packaging
- Labeling bottles
- Understands and can adhere to all Spiceology Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (training will be provided for both)
- Maintain quality and food safe products
- Employee knows and follows the Spiceology policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
- Assembling spice gift sets
- Clean and set up equipment
- Pay attention to detail and complete production paperwork accurately, neatly and fully.
- Promote and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Other duties as assigned
