Job Description :
The PC Assistant will audit all Pulse locations and update WIP trackers to match the Pulse summary from the audit; Responsible for moving finished material to the next available operation for all material; Pulse parts in hub to determine flow in shop.
Job responsibilities :
Audit all HQ Pulse shelves while also serving as the logistical liaison for hardware that is complete and ready to move to the next operation. Will adhere to AS9100 and other quality standards.
Skills / Qualifications :
- Must be organized and possess time management skills and skills to adapt to priority changes.
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent- documentation required.
- Must meet ITAR definition of US Person(s)- documentation required.
- Must have ability to obtain forklift certification (post-hire).
- Be able to write and document information clearly in English.
- Must be able to multitask and follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
- Ability to process and communicate information using various applications and Microsoft Office software (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be able to work all required hours which may include weekends.
- Function effectively within a team environment.
- MTI is a safety sensitive manufacturer. As such, successful results of pre-employment drug testing will be required.
- Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required.

Physical Demands / Work Environment :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move throughout the facility buildings, stand, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and communicate. The employee must frequently lift / or move up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds unassisted. This position may require a substantial amount of walking on a regular and daily basis. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment may be loud. Must be able to use all required Personal Protective Equipment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
