Location : North Phoenix Site - 2688 E Rose Garden Ln, Phoenix, AZ 85050

Shift : Full time, day shift

Responsibilities :

• Supports the production schedule and manufacturing plan based on program schedule, customer ask date (request date) and administers communication professionally to our main customers.
• Manages production schedules to ensure scheduled dates align with actual production due dates.
• Evaluates product scope and creates tactical schedules using MRP systems, releases and manages shop floor priorities.
• When schedule recovery is necessary, identifies and analyzes solutions and bottlenecks, including forward and reverse scheduling method to support customer needs,
• Works closely with master scheduling and production control team to determine the needs and constraints of the manufacturing shop floor, technicians and schedules work accordingly.
• Monitors status and provides regular updates to customers on upcoming production priorities.
• Updates visual management boards with current job / program status (as applicable).
• Performs schedule and scope variance analysis and reviews MRP execution.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation and judgement
