We're Looking For A : Producer / Editor to serve as a key player in the creation of innovative and engaging video content, focusing on both ideation and execution. This hybrid role combines the technical expertise of an editor with the creative responsibilities of a producer, making it ideal for a content creator who is ready to contribute to the entire production process. This individual will be responsible for pitching video concepts, collaborating with writers to refine scripts, and ensuring that the final product aligns with the company's brand and goals. This role will involve creating and editing content designed to generate revenue, with an emphasis on health, wellness and pet topics. The Producer / Editor will play a vital role in shaping the narrative and visual style of the company's video assets while maintaining high production values.

Location : Hybrid, Woodland Hills CA

What You'll Be Doing :

• Ideate and pitch creative video concepts that align with the brand's goals and health / wellness messaging.
• Write and direct video ads with the goal of selling products using a data-driven, test-and-learn approach.
• Come up with fresh and innovative concepts / angles for ads and write scripts.
• Direct actors and / or celebrity brand partners to elicit authentic and persuasive performances; Formulate and ask interview questions that elicit the most compelling soundbites.
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos that engage audiences and generate revenue.
• Oversee the full production cycle, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
• Ensure all content is optimized for various platforms and distribution channels, following industry best practices.
• Manage deadlines and workflows to ensure timely delivery of content.

The base salary range is $72,300.00-$96,400.00, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.

The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote.

Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
