Duties and Responsibilities

Planning, Scheduling, and Coordinating Production set up timeline for manufacturing, ensure an uninterrupted transition from acquiring raw materials to dispatching completed products.

Evaluating Raw Materials and Equipment must have the knowledge to properly forecast the availability and quality of materials and machinery, ensuring production requirements are met.

Reporting Production Status Ensure regular updates of production status, and any challenges faced, and progress made are provided to upper management.

Addressing Production Disruptions Responsible for swiftly managing disruptions, or setbacks, ensuring minimal impact on production line.

Managing Inventory Levels Keep a close eye on raw inventory levels. Ensure that there is not excess, which can lead to wastage, nor a shortage that might halt production.

Understanding Material Requirements Ensure material forecast needs accurately, ensuring there are no holdups in supply chain.

Adhering to Industry Regulations - Ensure the production process complies with manufacturing standards.

Forecasting Future Production Needs Anticipate and plan for future production requirements and plan accordingly.

Education

Bachelors Degree, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing.

Certified Supply Chain Professional Certification

Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.

Ability to manage and lead teams effectively, especially under high-pressure situations, ensuring safety and team morale.

Highly proactive, able to autonomously drive new initiatives and enhance operational processes.

Communication Excellent written, verbal, telephonic and digital communication with superb customer service skills.

Critical Thinking Methodically and strategically approaching problems and tasks and making quick decisions to solve challenges.

Problem Solving The ability to notice problems and the root causes early, produce a plan to correct the issue found. Efficient use of time and resources to implement the pre thought out plan.

Attention to Detail The ability to spot details at close and far range, noticing settings, operations, and site conditions that are different than the norm and adjust accordingly.

Comprehension The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences, understanding diagrams, drawings, manuals, and device instructions.

Digital literacy Proficiency with computers in general i.e.; Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, applying firmware updates, writing reports, ERP system (Oracle).

Desired Experience :

4+ years of experience in manufacturing, Supply Chain field.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills.

Physical Requirements

• Able to maintain body equilibrium and agility to prevent falling when walking, standing, crouching, ascending or descending stairs or step ladders
• Bending the body at the waist, the legs at the knees, and extending arms and hands in any direction
• Continuous standing and walking
• Able to use upper extremities frequently, work with both arms above shoulders and use both arms at full length frequently.
• Must be able to meet physical lifting demand up to 50lbs.
• Frequent use of hand tools and power tools
