The company has been operating successfully for over 25 years and is entering a period of system modernization and long-term growth.
This role is ideal for a Production Planner who is patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within an older ERP environment while supporting changes over the next several years as a new ERP is implemented.
If you have Vantage experience, that's a plus. If not, we care more about your ability to stay organized, adaptable, and proactive as systems evolve.

- Review and verify labor and material postings and ensure accurate work order closure
- Use ERP tools to report capacity requirements, including overtime needs
- Review open sales orders daily to prepare product ahead of shipping dates
- Monitor dispatch activity to ensure accurate, on-time transactions across operations
