Parts Department Associate

PrideStaff is looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Parts Department Associate for one of our leading manufacturing clients in SW Florida.

Your primary responsibilities will include creating orders, researching parts, fulfilling job requests, and maintaining an accurate inventory. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all parts are available and properly managed to support their production process.

Shift / Hours : Monday – Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Pay Rate : $ 18- $28 / Hr. DOE

Location : Cape Coral, FL

Experience : 1+ Years

Parts Department Associate Responsibilities include :

Create and process orders for parts and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels

Research and identify parts using catalogs, databases, and computer systems

Fulfill job requests by ensuring the correct parts are available and delivered to the appropriate departments

Maintain accurate records of inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing parts.

Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

Collaborate with procurement, production, and maintenance teams to forecast parts needs and manage inventory effectively.

Assist internal teams and customers in locating and obtaining the correct parts

Ensure all parts are properly labeled and stored in designated locations

Handle special orders and returns efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
