The Role
We’re seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Cabinet Box Production Line. You’ll manage the full workflow—from raw materials to finished cabinets—ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. This hands-on leadership role involves scheduling, training, and directing our skilled team in our modern shop.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and direct workflow to meet production deadlines
Schedule staff and oversee daily operations
Train and mentor team members to maintain high standards
Solve problems and ensure a safe, productive environment
Who We’re Looking For :
Our ideal candidate brings :
3+ years of cabinetry or woodworking experience
3+ years of leadership experience in a production or shop setting
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Comfort with power tools, standing for full shifts, and occasional heavy lifting (with assistance)
Drive, integrity, and a collaborative spirit

24–28 / hour starting pay (based on experience)
