We are seeking an experienced onsite facilitator to deliver interactive leadership and management training for frontline and mid-level leaders, including manufacturing managers . This role focuses on strengthening leadership capability, improving team effectiveness, and driving measurable business results on the floor.

Program details—including timeframe, cadence, and facilitator utilization—will be finalized following leadership alignment meetings in mid-February.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person leadership and management training sessions
• Lead interactive discussions, exercises, and scenario-based activities
• Create an engaging, psychologically safe learning environment
• Adapt facilitation style to different leadership levels and manufacturing audiences
