Duties and responsibilities

• Each PMP is assigned a vehicle. Maintenance & safe keeping of the vehicle is the responsibility of the PMP.
• Conducting inspections of customer’s properties (residential & commercial)
• Correcting termite / pest control problems by applying product, baiting, monitoring and communicating with the customer, office & field personnel.
• Must have a genuine desire to learn insect & pest biology, exclusion methods and techniques to maintain control of pests on a customer’s site.
• Each PMP must also be knowledgeable in learning how to get around the island.
• Each PMP will need to be dependable.  Routes are scheduled by the office, in advance and set times, needs to be met.Time management is also a must.
• We are looking for Team Players. We run a business and expect everyone to pitch in & help when a team member needs it.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or G.E.D

Good Communication Skills

A genuine desire to learn the pest control business.

Pass a respirator fitness test

Clean Driver's Abstract

Working conditions

Special working conditions : Outdoor work, Work safely with chemicals. Must be able to use a respirator.

Physical requirements

A physically demanding job : PMP’s inspect & / or treat 10-20 houses / structures per day. Doing various tasks. Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
