About Ryan Anderson - Regional Director : Ryan Anderson began his career with Modern Woodmen of America in 2007, immediately following his graduation from the University of Illinois. In his first professional role, Ryan quickly developed a passion for empowering individuals, families, and communities through trusted financial solutions that foster stability, security, and growth.

Over the years, Ryan has advanced within Modern Woodmen, earning the position of Regional Director, driving growth and impact across the Region of Utah and Idaho. In this role, he leads with a commitment to helping others achieve their financial goals while fostering a culture of collaboration and service.

Outside of his professional life, Ryan cherishes quality time with his wife and two children. A dedicated supporter of his alma mater, he enjoys following Fighting Illini sports and celebrating the universitys achievements both on and off the field.

Ryan's dedication to his family, community, and career continues to inspire those around him, making him a valued leader within the Modern Woodmen organization.

Position Overview : As a Financial Professional at Modern Woodmen, you play a vital role in addressing members' financial needs, demonstrating leadership in the community, and driving the growth of the local office. Key Responsibilities :

• Serve members' financial needs by providing tailored financial solutions.
• Exemplify leadership in the community through active involvement and engagement.
• Drive the growth of the local offices by recruiting, training, and developing financial representatives.
• Build and nurture a high-performing team to contribute to the success of Modern Woodmen.

Qualifications :

• Life License (required or willingness to quickly reinstate / obtain)
• SIE, 6, 63, and 26 OR 7, 66, 24 (required to obtain if not active)
• Strong community connection
• Leadership skills and effective communication ability
• Strong background in sales or customer service

Training and Development :

You will receive comprehensive training through Modern Woodmen University and have opportunities for both in-person and Zoom leadership training sessions. Following foundational training, our Region is committed to providing extensive field and office support to new Managing Partners. This hands-on approach continues until you achieve self-sufficiency in both skills and development.
