Salary Range : $85,000-$95,000

JOB SUMMARY
The Project / Program Director is responsible for overall performance and functioning of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) programs at The Village, including oversight of outcomes and quality data as required by CCBHC grant funder (SAMHSA). Oversees program progress toward identified Goals and Objectives, collaborates with identified Village leadership to monitor service effectiveness with identified target populations. With the Vice President of Outpatient Services, this person provides leadership and management of the CCBHC program and ensures effective communication with community partners, including Designated Collaborating Organizations (DCOs). Additionally, this position will provide supervision and oversight of staff in related programs such as our Outpatient Clinic and Access and Utilization.
