Transportation Program Analyst
As a Transportation Program Analyst, you will administer day-to-day operations of a workplace transportation program, including general and specialized auto parking, worksite circulation, fleet management, and commuter programming. Embedded at our client's site, you will be part of a team, collaborating to deliver a range of transportation options that connect people and worksites while reducing single occupancy vehicle (SOV) trips and the use of fossil-fuels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, organized, and detail oriented.
What you'll do :
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance of assigned programs.
- Drive performance, changes, and KPIs through management and selection of key vendors.
- Manage budget of assigned programs; developing forecasts and ensuring expense invoices are accurate and timely.
- Communicate program functions, changes, and interruptions to employee base through web-based posts, face-to-face interactions, and email.
- Support events with outreach and education.
- Data collection and synthesis, leading to program improvements.
- Plan program changes, as driven by the data, user feedback, and business needs. Create documents to support proposed changes. Present said documents to key stakeholders, including leadership.
- Solicite employee feedback and implement improvements when applicable.
- Monitor and manage team communications.
- Development of new projects and programs, including research, stakeholder consultation, cost-estimation, execution, and performance evaluation.
