Position : Development Program Coordinator, Residential Development

Reports to : Development Manager

About the Role : The Development Program Coordinator will be responsible for the development, implementation and administration of cross-functional platforms that support the residential development and construction team.

Specific responsibilities include :

• Assist in development and implementation of project management software including preparation of training resources and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for program workflows.
• Administer construction & project management software.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records and reports related to program activities.
• Handle program-related inquiries and provide administrative support to team members as needed.
• Create and maintain various tracking sheets to aid in reporting.
• Assist in implementation of current technology goals and procedures.
• Proactively resolve challenges and bottlenecks in program execution.

Requirements :

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to process work quickly and accurately with changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Proficiency in Asana, Bluebeam Revu, and Autodesk Build strongly preferred
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
