Oracle Hospitality seeks a Program Director to join its Oracle Consulting for Industries Business Unit. This role will leverage technology and value-added processes to deliver strategic cloud solutions, decrease costs, and increase flexibility to meet business revenue targets. The Program Director will also manage project portfolios, resources, best practices, analysis, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
What You'll Do :
- Oversee all project delivery for one or more nominated accounts, within the Consulting Program portfolio.
- Support Project Managers to plan and deliver managed services projects consistently on-time and on-budget.
- Design, implement, and educate on standard Program Management processes aligned to the scope of Consulting.
- Standardize reporting and business processes aligned with Consulting Initiatives.
- Provide program leadership through all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Determine resource needs and communicate requests for personnel.
- Anticipate and proactively remediate project issues internally and with customers.
- Partner with Cloud Operations to ensure successful transition from delivery to day-to-day operations.
- Strive to consistently improve customer satisfaction, delivery times, and service levels while reducing costs.

Responsibilities :
Manages Implementation Service deliverables throughout installation project including milestones and project schedule. Develops and maintains consistent standards for project delivery. Reviews project proposals. Confers with implementation team, management or account management to locate the appropriate parties to provide technical advice. Creates and communicates status reporting for both internal and external purposes. Manages project closure and handoff to Account Manager and Help Desk.
