Position Summary :

Under the supervision of the Deputy Director for Behavioral Health provide overall oversight of the CFTSS program.

Essential Duties :

• Understand and promote the organization's Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
• Lead, manage and directly supervise the program staff and administrative staff.
• Effectively manage client referral and enrollment systems, documentation, service provision and fiscal outcomes.
• Develop monthly revenue and productivity outcomes for direct service providers and supervisors.
• Working with Human Resources, recruit, hire, and ensure the high-quality training of all staff.
• Develop policies for staff training requirements and tracking system for recording trainings.
• Ensure program is fully compliant with all DOH, OCFS, Medicaid, OMIG, and organizational standards and policies.
• Work with program leadership across organization to ensure all eligible youth within Children's Aid and in the communities we serve receive all services they are eligible for.
• Provide supervision, support and coverage to Service Provider Managers and Service Providers
• Oversees the review of all paperwork and ensures timely completion by Service Providers, including Progress Notes.
• Ensure team meets billing targets and billing is accurate and timely
• Oversees timely and accurate payroll for per-diem SPs
• Participate in the development and growth of program philosophy and practice
• Assume proficiency with program database and computer systems
• Collaborate with child welfare and other community agencies
• Perform other duties as assigned
