Job Description
ASRC Federal Broadleaf Division is searching for a Program Analyst to support USSOCOM out of MacDill AFB, FL.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Program Analyst is responsible for assisting United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) by managing and tracking the necessary programmatic responsibilities and contract support. Ensuring deliverables and contract actions are executed on a timely manner by planning, analyzing, and evaluating the contracts status. Actions to assist the government include but are not limited to ensuring contract administrative duties, deliverables, objectives, and quality of contract are executed. The Program Analyst will provide the government with a monthly assessment of the applicable contract management requirements.
- The Contractor shall prepare various contractual documents for approval by the Government.
- The Contractor shall ensure all documentation and requirements are completed to support any internal Government review and approval processes.
- Self-monitor progress according to the schedule of completion to submit drafts and documents in a timely manner.
- Good organization skills and the ability to multitask on several projects simultaneously.
- The Contractor shall assist with the development and review of documentation associated with various contract administration efforts, including Statements of Work / Statement of Objectives / Performance Work Statements.
- The Contractor shall provide program strategy development, contract planning, documentation development, contract administration, and requirement / proposal reviews. The contractor shall utilize local web portals to track and organize program and contractual documentation.
- The Contractor shall assist with the validation and review of the contract documentation and deliverables submitted by the contract holders to ensure they are submitting correct, accurate, and up-to-date documentation in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Exhibits qualities of cooperation, adaptability and flexibility as changes occur in the department and maintains a positive attitude.
- Core hours are in accordance with the core Command hours from Monday through Friday.
