Job descriptionOversee the monthly project invoicing and billing processes. Engage with clients to resolve billing questions and facilitate timely payments. Support the Controller with month-end closing tasks, including general ledger work, journal entry preparation, and account reconciliations. Manage company credit cards and related expenses. Prepare weekly cash forecast reports. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in construction or project billing. Proficiency with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills. Salary range of $65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package and potential for bonuses.
