Job Title : Project Architect
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Architect with 6-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing financial, winery, and commercial projects, including remodels and new builds from SD through CA. The position is a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity with flexible scheduling options.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects internally with the team, including production and coordination with consultants.
- Support 2-4 projects at a time, with a team structure that includes one production person and potential collaboration with up to two studio managers.
- Execute project deliverables and ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with the PM and communicate effectively to manage project schedules.
- Work on a variety of projects, including commercial, light medical, multifamily, and ice rink capabilities.
- Understand how to put a building together and lead the team in client and consultant coordination.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $42.00 / hr.
