Write and execute test scripts, identify root causes, document results, make recommendations based on results, and communicate results to management. Investigate customer complaints flagged as a potential compliance risk to determine whether the bank took the appropriate action and make recommendations based on those findings.

Assist in the definition, development, and implementation of appropriate risk management metrics and measures, including key risk indicators, key performance indicators and key control indicators, as well as thresholds for measurement, escalation, and reporting.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of the risk management strategy and vision.
