Sodexo Energy and Resource  is seeking a  Project Coordinator  for one of our most prestigious accounts in  Midland, TX , The Construction Project Coordinator reports to theProject Manager and works with the operations management team providing technical and administrative support. 50% travel is required for this role

What You'll Do

• Maintain project documentation, track action items, and ensure consistent follow-up with vendors and stakeholders.
• Supervise and direct the work of contractors with task assignments, monitor performance, and provides safety training and guidance
• Manage communication of project plans, risks, issues, and progress through meetings, reports, and correspondence
• Assist Project Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, project logs, and bid / proposal processes
• Coordinate and document project meetings, including recording minutes and tracking action items
• Support project closeout activities and ensure proper control of technical documentation
• Executes day-to-day operations, maintenance, and upkeep of a facility
