Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operation of the accounting department.
• Produce monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and variance reports.
• Supervise and support the accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, and cash flow functions of the organization.
• Manage daily treasury operations to optimize cash management.
• Prepare financial documents for tax filing and statutory reviews.
• Implement and maintain cost control and ROI management practices.
• Generate daily metrics and analysis for operational and management teams using Excel / SQL.
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Collaborate with the CFO on ad-hoc analyses and strategic financial planning.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance.
• 7+ years of relevant managerial accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Basic knowledge in Access / BI / SQL.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
