Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate all administrative activities for assigned projects as directed.
- Schedule field employees to assigned jobs as required.
- Maintain customer purchase orders.
- Support operations, purchasing, accounts payable, administration staff, and corporate accounting.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as requested.
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to Company / Customer safety standards, legal regulations, and alerting others regarding potential hazards or concerns.
- Adhere to the Company values, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Physical Requirements
The individual must also be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required. This includes hard hat, safety glasses / spoggles, respirators, ear plugs, steel toed shoes, or other protective equipment as required by the work performed and location the work is being done.
