COMPENSATION : $18-23 / Hr. (Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience)

- 3+ years of administrative or office-related experience required
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to pick up new proprietary software
- Maintain excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Utilize outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
- Ability to be polite, confident, and provide excellent customer service
- Auditing, Estimating, or Accounting experience is helpful but not required
- 2+ years experience with Xactimate or Xactanalysis is a plus
- Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration or construction industry experience is helpful but not required
- Maintain and monitor job statuses while providing regular updates
- Create work orders and maintain a work in progress board
- Monitor and ensure insurance carrier requirements are followed
- Review and validate initial field documentation
- Create preliminary estimates
- Complete and review job file documentation
- Review complete job files for accuracy
- Ensure job files are always backed up
