ROLE IMPACT
The Project Coordinator is vital to the successful execution of digital infrastructure initiatives by ensuring project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communication remain aligned. This role supports contract and lease workflows, bridges cross-functional communication gaps, and maintains high data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure milestones are achieved
Coordinate lease negotiations with landlords via calls, emails, and follow-ups
Order, review, and submit necessary project documentation
Provide timely updates and status reports to internal stakeholders
Enter and track project data accurately in internal systems
Prepare and process contracts and related project documents
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and task prioritization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience using project management or workflow tracking tools
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
Microsoft Office Suite
CRM or project workflow tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar)
Document management systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
Background in real estate, site acquisition, or contract administration
