Director of Project Management :
The Director of Project Management will lead and oversee all project management activities within our Emergency Response division. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Director of Project Management Job Duties :
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of emergency response protocols and procedures.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all projects, with a strong emphasis on emergency response situations.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required environmental standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on project-related matters.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
