Job Description
- Building and maintaining key relationships with clients, architects, and engineers.
- Leading the team in developing efficient and accurate benchmarking processes.
- Collaborating with operations teams on financials, staffing, and schedules.
- Encouraging continuous improvement and exploring new business opportunities.
- Guiding project teams through budget reviews and securing project wins.
- Representing the company in job interviews and community events.
- Conducting risk assessments and ensuring project materials are complete.
- Supporting ESOP initiatives and making key personnel decisions.
- Educational Background : Holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience : At least 10 years of corporate leadership experience, including leading P&L of business units.
- Technical Knowledge : Advanced understanding of construction / contract law, negotiation, and conflict resolution strategies.
- Organizational Skills : Exceptional organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills. Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Communication Skills : Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of engaging with employees, clients, suppliers, and the public.
- Technological Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based applications.
- Integrity : Holds a reputation of integrity within the company and the community.
- Continuous Improvement : Possesses a critical eye for continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Accountability : Accepts responsibility for personal and team-wide failures.
