Key Responsibilities :
Project Leadership :
Manage all project phases, ensuring schedules, budgets, and client expectations are met.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and team members to resolve project challenges.
Technical Expertise :
Prepare and review structural calculations and construction documents.
Oversee deliverables for design phases (SD, DD, CD).
Team Management :
Assign and supervise tasks for support staff and consultants.
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
Documentation & Standards :
Ensure project documents adhere to company and client standards.
Write and review project specifications.
Client Relations & Business Development :
Maintain professional client relationships and assist in proposal preparation.
