Exciting Opportunity : PEMB Project Manager
Location : Indiana
Salary : $80,000 - $115,000 DOE, with Health Benefits, 4% 401k Match, and Truck Allowance : $450 / month plus gas!
2+ years of Structural and Misc Metals experience.
Job Overview : The PEMB Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) construction projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning and implementation of PEMB construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Create and manage project schedules, identifying critical path milestones and tracking project progress.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors, to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards on all projects.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, with 2+ years' Structural and Misc Metals experience. 5-10 years' project management experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required. Proficiency in MS Project and willingness to travel to project sites essential.
