CEI Project Administrator - Project Engineer
AECOM is currently seeking an experienced CEI Project Administrator - Project Engineer to join our growing team and support a variety of transportation infrastructure projects located in the Tallahassee FL, area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful work that helps shape the region's infrastructure while working alongside a collaborative and professional team.
Responsibilities include client/project development, resource management, supervision of construction activities, contract administration, management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management. The role also involves directing and assigning tasks to staff, preparing and reviewing progress estimates, managing project administration, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting site inspections, preparing project status reports, managing project documentation, identifying and solving operational challenges, participating in project meetings, and mentoring junior staff.
Minimum requirements include a BA/BS degree plus 6 years of related experience, or an AS Degree plus 8 years of related experience, or HS/GED plus 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency and/or education. A valid US Driver's License is required, and US citizenship is necessary due to the nature of the projects. Preferred qualifications include a Professional Engineer (PE) license, eight years of CEI or roadway or bridge construction experience, proficiency with project delivery requirements, strong judgment in operational challenges, FDOT Advanced MOT, CTQP Quality Control Manager, and six years of engineering experience with two years in relevant transportation projects.
