About Our Client
Founded over 20 years ago as a small commercial GC, this client has grown in a very well-respected and sought-after company by many reputable clients across Alabama. They tackle large, complex commercial and multifamily projects across Central Alabama, with occasional work further away based on client request. The company is booked through most of 2026 and currently focused on securing the right jobs for 2027. They have grown at a consistent rate over the past several years, and are looking to add qualified, culturally-aligned support to their field teams as this growth pattern continues.
Job Description
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related is desired, but not required. 1+ years of experience with a GC. Ability to read and understand plans. Capable of problem solving and experience with complex detailed projects. Ability to work with subcontractors, suppliers, utilities, city inspectors, organize and direct activities concerned with their construction projects. Technical savvy individual - Procore is utilized onsite. Candidate should be able to operate independently while utilizing Senior Superintendent for support and guidance when needed. Desire to grow career in Commercial Construction across Central Alabama.
