Your Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee, and manage all aspects of steel construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, proactively addressing any deviations to keep projects on track.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, fostering a productive, safety-conscious, and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits, inspections, and meetings, addressing challenges and implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements, prioritizing a secure and efficient work environment.
- Prepare and deliver clear and comprehensive project reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
