Job Description
Leadership and Strategic Oversight : Provide strategic direction and oversight for multiple construction projects.Lead and mentor project managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Business Development and Client Relations : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market trends.Lead proposal efforts, including RFP responses, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Financial Management : Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with company objectives.Monitor project financials, including cost control, cash flow, and profitability.Conduct regular financial reviews and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
Project Planning and Execution : Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Risk Management and Quality Assurance : Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure all construction activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety.
Team Development and Performance Management : Build and maintain a high-performing project management team.Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with at least 7 years in an executive or senior management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in the commercial or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and financial management tools.
- PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
