Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience of our clinics across North America, have allowed us to lead the charge against "we caught it too late again." Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Houston, Boca Raton, Seattle, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, San Diego, New York City, Buffalo, Bethesda, Chicago, and Atlanta, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.

We are looking for a Critical Projects Lead to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that are core to our company's growth and strategic direction. In this role, you will serve as the "go-to" person for solving complex problems, building alignment across teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope—without necessarily having direct organizational authority. This position is ideal for someone with strong project leadership experience, exceptional problem-solving skills (preferably honed in one or more startup environments), and an ownership mentality that guarantees results. You won't just be managing, you will be completing tasks required to move a project forward.

As these critical projects are a good approximation of the early days of company building, this role is intended for an individual with a drive to one day become an entrepreneurial founder. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership (notably our CEO and Chief Medical Officer) , to gain hands-on experience in multiple facets of the business, and to make decisions that have a meaningful impact on the company's trajectory. Your success will be measured by your ability to make good decisions with limited information and to have a mentality of "can-do" forward progress in spite of any obstacles.

The work location is flexible with a preference for Los Angeles, Silicon Valley and Vancouver.

What You'll Do

Project leadership

• Own and drive one or two critical cross-functional projects at a time from ideation to hand-off to the business.
• Develop clear project scopes, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Organize and lead project status updates directly with the CEO and / or Chief Medical Officer, ensuring transparency on progress, bottlenecks, and key decisions.
