  • Lead business development efforts, including proposal development, strategic planning, and participation in interviews and presentations.

  • Develop and implement long‑term business strategies while effectively balancing short‑term priorities and evolving market demands.

  • Partner with clients and teaming partners to craft effective strategies and deliver value‑driven, competitive solutions.

  • Lead and oversee CAM responsibilities to ensure successful project delivery, strong performance, and high client satisfaction.

  • Maintain primary fiscal responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring financial performance and alignment with client expectations.

  • Develop and execute succession planning to support sustainable growth, strengthen team capabilities, and ensure continuity within the Highway/Bridge business.

  • 20 years of related project management experience on large-scale, high-profile, design build structures projects

  • Extensive experience overseeing Agency initiatives and comparable large‑scale, multi‑phase infrastructure programs

  • Proven success in directing complex infrastructure projects from planning through construction, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are consistently met

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including clients, regulatory bodies, and multidisciplinary teams

  • In‑depth knowledge of local Highway Design Guidelines, Specifications, and Technical Standards, with the ability to interpret and apply them strategically across project phases
