Job Description : A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Project Coordinator for a short-term project. This person will be responsible for communication with the lead vendor and internal teams to ensure timely delivery on the project. Below is a summary of the responsibilities and qualifications.

Responsibilities :

• Team Organization : Facilitate productive interactions between internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Commission Team Coordination : Develop and implement a structured approach for the commission team to follow, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
• Meeting Management : Schedule and organize meetings, track deliverables, and maintain clear communication with all team members.
• Documentation : Create and manage governance documents from RFPs, ensuring the team is aligned and informed.
• RACI Structure : Implement and maintain a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) structure to clarify roles and responsibilities within the project.
• Tool Proficiency : Utilize MS PowerPoint, Project, and Excel to create presentations, track project progress, and manage data effectively.
