We're looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join our Day & Zimmermann team on an advanced class construction project in the Midwest
As the Sr. Project Manager, here's the work you'll do :
Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the full life cycle of the projects including estimating, planning and project execution. Responsible for the direction and management of the overall project, meeting / exceeding safety, financial, operational, and customer goals. Also responsible for the successful oversight of all project construction and functional resources. Drive the Day & Zimmermann culture, core values, accountability, and governance of defined processes and procedures to ensure consistency in execution.
- Lead project management in all aspects of project, from scheduling, planning and procurement and responsible for all aspects of project implementation.
- Serve as point of customer contact and ensure communication on project status to all stakeholders, both internal and external. Drive effective project and contract management governance, procedures, tools and financial controls are established and maintained.
- Champion the organization's commitment to safety and demonstrate a strong personal commitment to safety and D&Z values by providing leadership and establishing expectations and accountability related to the execution of effective customer and DZ safety program.
- Responsible for tactical reviews of the site work plans to ensure adequate organizational resources are prioritized and deployed to support the contract requirements.
- Effectively partner with functional areas via the appropriate Project Management Office to achieve shared goals, resolve conflicts and promote best practices and process improvement.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $91,000 - 206,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of union fringes).
