Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee multiple IT projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Manage project resources, including team members and external vendors
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries
- Provide guidance and support to project team members and ensure they have the necessary resources and tools to complete their tasks effectively
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
