  • Apply project management principles, methodologies, and tools throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in developing work breakdown structures, project schedules, task durations, dependencies, milestones, and overall project plans.

  • Support all aspects of project execution, including project planning, stakeholder communication, business analysis, organizational change support, resource coordination, and documentation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project communications and provide updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Establish and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reporting by tracking progress, delays, risks, issues, and mitigation efforts.
  • Create and maintain project baselines as needed.
  • Coordinate schedules with internal and external teams and generate reports from project management systems.
  • Support smaller initiatives and special projects as assigned.
  • Assist with annual and monthly resource planning, budget tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc project status reports.
  • Create, update, and extract project reports as needed.
  • Open and manage projects and work orders within project management systems.
  • Perform additional project coordination and administrative support as required.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Information Technology (IT) concepts, systems, security principles, and technology project environments.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative working relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to identify project risks, coordinate dependencies, and assist with issue resolution.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating cross-functional project activities.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, project planning, operations support, scheduling, reporting, or workload management.
  • Experience using project management and tracking tools such as Primavera P6, ServiceNow, WAM, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.

Education
