As A Construction Project Lead Senior within PNC's Realty Services organization, you will be based in Tampa, Florida.
This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.
Position Overview :
A Construction Project Lead is a professional who leads and oversees a construction project, and works with Engineers and Architects, and other vendors to develop a plan, create a project time frame, distribute resources, and ensure timely completion and within budget.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Responsible for setting and managing expectations, developing a detailed project plan, assist in defining the scope of the project, understanding project risks, manage and mitigate these risks and assigning team members / departments to specific tasks.
- Establish clear lines of communication and ensuring all team members are working towards achieving the project goals and objectives.
- An experienced owner's representative recognizes when project costs are too high or low and will look for opportunities where the schedule and budget can be brought back into line.
Travel will be required to meet business needs.
