Manager, Project Management

• In this role, you will work on the Chief of Staff team for Bank Tech. As a Project Manager, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority risk management initiatives for the organization. In partnership with cyber and enterprise risk partners, you will
• manage projects and processes related to risk vulnerability, organization SLA requirements, and application health.

• General Responsibilities :
• Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports.
• Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
• Ensuring projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time.
• Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
• Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
• Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
• Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts
• Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
• Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates through their leadership style
• Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
• Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
• Identify ways to improve and streamline risk identification, assessment, and mitigation processes
• Partner with Cyber and other Risk Management functions across the company
• Interact with business counterparts and other IT colleagues to ensure appropriate coverage of shared controls and / or shared processes
• Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
• Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
• Basic Qualifications :
• At least 6 Years of Project Management experience
• At least 5 years of Audit or Risk Management experience
• At least 3 years of experience working with Technology teams
• Preferred Qualifications :
• Bachelors Degree
• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem solving and influencing skills
• Work experience achieving results while managing multiple, complex projects
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
