Job descriptionExperience as a Project Manager on Industrial or Warehouse projects Ability to work remotely from your home office and travel to projects throughout the country Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills
Remote Project Manager opportunity for candidates with experience in Industrial or Warehouse construction. You will be running between 2-4 projects concurrently and traveling to projects 3 times per month.
Responsibilities
- Management of all phases of construction : precon, permitting, construction through closeout
- Monitor project goals, costs, schedules and quality assurance
- Propose value engineering solutions to reduce project costs and check all specifications and drawings
- Assist with vendor selection and work with local municipalities and contractors
