The Project Manager will work under general supervision of the Program Manager while performing work related to contract and program success. / ph3Responsibilities / h3pProject Planning Execution : Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. / ppData Management Quality : Oversee data processing activities, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. / ppTeam Stakeholder Management : Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, engineers, and other specialists, while managing relationships and expectations with customers and stakeholders. / ppTechnical Oversight : Support technical leads with the management of requirements. / ppReporting Communication : Prepare regular project status reports and present findings to senior management and other stakeholders, clearly translating complex data into understandable language. / ppProcess Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement new technologies, and drive innovation within data processing operations. / ppPerform Scrum Master role for agile software development team. / ppOther duties as assigned / ph3Requirements / h3pA bachelors or advanced degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. / pp10 + years of proven experience in project management, specifically with data-related projects, and ideally within the relevant mission domain. / ppStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, leadership abilities, and proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (such as Agile). / ppFamiliarity with data processing systems, data analysis techniques, and emerging data processing technologies / ppExcellent written communication, briefing, and presentation skills / ppDetail oriented / ppCandidates who have one or more of the following skills will be preferred : / pp10+ years industry experience with time managing Government Technical Programs / ppPrevious proposal, Basis of Estimate (BOE), and / or negotiations experience / ppSubcontractor management / ppScrum Master experience and / or certification / ppActive DoD Final SECRET clearance or higher / pp
