We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead various programs in direct support of the U.S. Navy's ship repair and maintenance operations. The Project Manager will oversee skilled and unskilled labor personnel across shipyards, ensure strict adherence to Navy safety protocols, and serve as the primary liaison between company leadership and naval shipyard officials. Note : This position is contingent upon contract award. Employment will begin only if and when the company secures the government contract associated with this role.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Plan and manage all Fire Watch and Tank Watch support efforts, including team deployment, scheduling, and performance oversight.
• Ensure that all fire prevention and confined space entry protocols are executed in compliance with NAVSEA Standard Items, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
• Lead job hazard analyses, risk assessments, and emergency response readiness for watch operations.
• Coordinate with government representatives and other stakeholders to meet operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including logs, permits, training records, and incident reports.
• Oversee the onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of Fire / Tank Watch personnel.
• Ensure fire safety equipment (extinguishers, meters, PPE, etc.) is inspected and operational.
