Job descriptionOversee the entire construction process, from pre-construction planning through project closeout. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and Vericon standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise. Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial construction project management. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Procore and other relevant tools. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.

Project Planning and Execution : The project manager is responsible for leading the planning and execution of Vericons construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, on budget and to the highest standard of quality.
- Estimating : Review project plans, specifications and related documents to develop and submit accurate and competitive bids.
- Procurement : Manage procurement of all subcontractors, labor and materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and budget.
- Scheduling : Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring milestones are met and project is delivered on time.
- Budgeting : Manage project budget and report on project financial health to stakeholders.
