This position is responsible for managing clients, employees, and projects, including the collection of information and execution of surveying and construction staking projects, within the framework of California's standards and requirements.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide direction, support, and mentorship to staff members.
- Oversee time management and scheduling for projects.
- Write proposals and prepare cost estimates.
- Ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Prepare CAD drawings for boundary surveys, topographic maps, ALTA / NSPS surveys, land title surveys, as-built surveys, subdivision maps, and other survey-related documents.
- Process submittals with various city and county agencies.
- Coordinate construction bid document preparation and contract management.
- Engage with clients and public agency personnel for successful project execution.
